Powerful and passionate. With his kinetic performances and emotionally charged songs Stuart Wills has earned a well-deserved reputation as a compelling singer/songwriter.

Stuart has collaborated with Jason Applin (ex-Bennet lead singer and current frontman of The Headclub). They have released their first e.p. under the name of The Vending Machine Heart. In addition, Stuart has just released his second full length solo album entitled Watching The World Passing By.

Stuart has had tracks included on Volumes 1 and 2 of the Squealing Fans In My Tune Evan Dando/Lemonheads tribute CDs, along with the Squealing Fans do It's A Shame About Ray album. In addition he had his tracks Watching The World Passing By and All Those Words (We Said Yesterday) included on Volumes 2 and 4 respectively of the At The Forum CDs released by London based indie label $talker Records.

Stuart founded on line radio station Radio Free South West in January 2008 with the aim of raising the profile of independent bands/artists from the South West of England

Sand - click for larger imageSavalis - click for larger imageStuart started out in three-piece band Sand in 1996. Sand played their own brand of Indie Rock at venues in and around the Exeter area. In 1998 Sand took on a lead singer and rhythm guitarist and renamed themselves Savalis. Savalis played a more commercial brand of Indie and performed at Exeter venues. Savalis played their last gig at Exeter's Cavern club in 2000.
